Nicolas Creative develops and deploys integrated marketing strategies

For over seventeen years, companies both large and small have trusted
Peter Nicolas and his associates to provide marketing-driven creative
solutions. In fact, many current clients have been with Peter Nicolas
for over a decade. That is a strong testament to his uncompromising commitment
and integrity.
HISTORY In 1986 Peter Nicolas founded his first agency incarnation
after serving several years as the creative director for one of the nation’s
top department stores. His fledgling agency’s main clientele were
storefront merchants, mom and pop retailers, restaurants, medical professionals,
industrial services and manufacturing companies in his hometown area of
Edison.
By 1992, Nicolas Advertising Agency was growing fast, producing NYC metro
newspaper, radio and television ads for rapidly expanding retail store
chains and up and coming political candidates. By 1995 the agency was
hired by several high-tech electronics component manufacturers. It was
for this technology savvy client base that the agency began exploring
online opportunities - even though the Internet was in its infancy.
By the late 90’s Nicolas Advertising was one of the first agencies
in the country to effectively apply strategic marketing principles to
the emerging Internet medium. The Department of Defense approached the
firm in 1997 to Internet-enable their Material Acquisitions and Purchasing
System (MAPS).
To service the military contract, which required security clearances and
specific protocols, Peter formed a separate NJ corporation called ECADS.
The project was a great success, and led to additional contracts to build
and implement the Web-based Visitor and Contractor Registration and Badging
system currently used on US Army Installations, as well as a DoD vehicle
registration and decal system. ECADS currently provides services through
US Army Installations Fort Monmouth and Fort Dix.
In 2006, Military and commercial business accounts were separated, with
Nicolas Creative servicing the commercial accounts, and ECADS dedicated
to the defense contracts.
Peter Nicolas has built an impressive seventeen-year track record, but
is not finished yet. With a focus on business-to-business marketing, Nicolas
Creative continues under his leadership - applying proven marketing principles,
creative thinking, innovative strategies, and integration of all marketing
disciplines. And Peter’s philosophy is “Always make sure the
"one message, one brand" mantra resonates 360°.
